Who we are

What we collect

• Enquiries. When you use a Connect, Join or Submit a problem link, you fill in a Google Form. It asks for your name, professional email, organisation, role, area of interest, your message and, for problem submissions, a description of the problem.
• Usage data. If analytics is enabled, we use a cookieless service that records page views and which buttons are clicked, without identifying you. We do not use advertising cookies.

Please do not submit confidential, personal, classified or restricted government information.

Why we collect it

We use enquiry details only to read and reply to your enquiry, to assess problems submitted to us, and to arrange follow-up conversations you have asked for. We use usage data to understand which parts of the site are useful.

Where it is stored

Form responses are stored in Google Forms and Google Sheets, with access limited to named team members. The website is hosted by our hosting provider, which processes standard request logs to serve the site.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and we delete them on request.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us, or withdraw your consent, by emailing aayush@neobeing.ai. We will respond within a reasonable time.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
